As a real hard-core feminist, I would like to present to you my pick for 15 most adorable women in TV (making me say "you go girl!)
#15 Catherine Willows, CSI (Marg Helgenberger)
"[refering to the killer] Unlike most guys, this one knows how to clean up after himself"
-Catherine Willows
The supervisor of the night shift is probably the most headstrong and competitive CSI on the CSI history (and miami and NY counts too). She's willing to do anything to make sure everything goes right. With Riley out of the picture, Catherine is the only female CSI on the team (shocking!) and so far, she has done some terrific job as the supervisor and the only female on the team that is.
#14 Olivia Dunham, Fringe (Anna Torv)
"Cut open his hand. I want to see if there's a disc in it. Like Bowman's."
-Olivia Dunham
Fringe is probably one of my sci-fi shows right now, besides X-Files. Honestly, the appearance of Olivia Dunham seems to be very much attracting. She's tough, determinant, and very well-trained. Besides, Ausie Anna Torv seems to be doing a good job portraying the young agent.
#13 Miranda Bailey, Grey's Anatomy (Chandra Wilson)
" No one holds a scalpel until I'm so happy I'm Mary Freaking Poppins."
-Miranda Bailey
Let's just say that Miranda Bailey is a force to be recognized with. She's very tough but yet nurturing, she's bright but sometimes she's shallow, and she's one of the best thing that can happen to Seattle Grace Hospital. This season, everything will change for Bailey (for everyone to be precise) as they deal with the loss of George, one of them.
#12 Thirteen, House (Olivia Wilde)
"You spend your whole life looking for answers, because you think the next answer will change something, maybe make you a little less miserable. And you know that when you run out of questions you don't just run out of answers, you run out of hope. You glad you know that? "
-Remy "Thirteen" Hadley
This is one is for sure. Thirteen is not the smartest, the brightest, leave alone the most likeable but she's the prettiest and I think everybody agrees on that. Olivia Wilde will reprise her role as Dr. Remy Thirteen Hadley in the season 6 of House and will accompany Cuddy as the remaining female doctors on the show.
#11 Meredith Grey, Grey's Anatomy (Ellen Pompeo)
"I'm still mad at you. And I don't know if I trust you. I wanna trust you but I don't know if I do, so I'm just gonna try. I'm gonna try and trust you because I believe that we can be extraordinary together rather than ordinary apart."
-Meredith Grey
My favorite quotes maker, the crazy dark and twisty talk Meredith Grey is back with the dramatic Grey's Anatomy and this time around, change will come for her as Meredith deals with her own grave over George. Of course, the newlyweds (mer and der got married last season) will have more to come with Derek being promoted as chief and all.
#10 Dr. Temperance Brennan, Bones (Emily Deschanel)
"Well I'm not asking for you to be involved. All I want is your sperm. "
-Temperance "Bones" Brennan
Brennan aka Bones will be back for more fun at 5th season of Bones! With Booth confused and everything going on, this will be a very interesting season for all of us to watch!
#9 Liz Lemon, 30 rock (Tina Fey)
"[about Claire] She's like a human Macarena. Something everyone did at parties in 1996. "
-Liz Lemon
Who doesn't love Liz? I mean I do! She's like this real person in entertainment industry. Besides, Tina Fey is so good at writing, producing, and portraying Liz that I love watching this show so much! A little dynamic with Jack wouldn't hurt, right?
#8 Juliet Burke, Lost (Elizabeth Mitchell)
"[to James] I... if I never meet you... then I never have to lose you."
-Juliet Burke
Juliet is probably the sanest person on the island who happens to be so loveable to me. I mean she's complicated, yes, but she's also this charming lady who just wants to get off this island. Too bad, Mitchell is not a regular next season, but I still hope a happy ending for Juliet, hopefully with Sawyer :p
#7 Lisa Cuddy, House (Lisa Edelstein)
"[to House] You want to kiss me, don't you? "
-Lisa Cuddy
How badly do you Huddy to happen (House-Cuddy)? Badly enough, check out the trending topics on twitter, Huddy on it! I mean Cuddy is probably very sizzling, very much a caretaker than a doctor to me but with House, it's really sizzle like the frying pan :) (bad idioms!)
#6 Izzie Stevens, Grey's Anatomy (Katherine Heighl)
"After all we've been through you're gonna give me nothing. Nothing?"
-Izzie Stevens
Well, Izzie's back! This is such a great news. Of course, George's death devastated her but well laughing at funeral was a way to go, Izz! And yes, she'll be back, I'm sure of it. Her tumors are gone, but the cancer is still there. She'll recover. I mean she's freakin Izzie!
#5 Addison Montgomery, Grey's Anatomy/Private Practice (Kate Walsh)
"Actually I prefer to be called 'Ruler of All That is Evil', but I WILL answer to Satan... "
-Addison Montgomery
Let's just say, we love Addison. But we love Addison better on Grey's. At first, moving her to Private Practice to get a story line seems to be such a good idea. But now, she's the one left without one. I mean why don't you move her back to Grey's and that's gonna be the best thing that ever happen on this year TV history?#4 Carrie Bradshaw, Sex And The City (Sarah Jessica Parker)
"And we were dressed from head to toe in love... the only label that never goes out of style."
-Carrie Bradshaw
Well, the show's over but the story isn't. I mean we have the sequel of the movie coming up next summer! I love Carrie, I love her quirky, chic personality, I love her hair, her frizzy hair, I love the way she speaks of something, but mostly, I love her shoes! :p
#3 Blair Waldorf, Gossip Girl (Leighton Meester)
"[to Georgina] You mean He [Jesus] dumped you because He found out you were Satan!"
-Blair Waldorf
Okayy, this season is Chuck and Blair party! I love them together. They're so cute! However, things might not be that good in NYU. Blair has a hard time fitting in. See, there's a reason she goes to Yale!
#2 Patty Hewes, Damages (Glenn Close)
"There are some men you meet who are the wrong thing for you. Things start to happen and you can't help yourself."
-Patricia Hewes
The most ruthless, outrageous, and brilliant women in Tv history. Patty Hewes is one combination of vulnerability, brilliance, powerful potrayal of women. I love how she seems to know what to do. She always goes with plans, and unpredictable one.
#1 Rachel Greene, Friends (Jennifer Aniston)
"I'm jealous, who does she think she is? Princess Caroline?"
-Jennifer Aniston
Jennifer Aniston is probably the most beloved star in America. Thanks to her role as Rachel Greene, the spoiled, self-centered, dumb blonde who has came a long way! :)
xoxo,
C
